Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Roady loves to chase his prey along the ways and aisles cleared by humans in the forests. He's regularly driving deer in front of him for hours, always cutting off their means of escape, playing with them to work up an appetite.

He also teaches the mature hatchlings to hunt this way, as the streets and clearings are a perfect training ground.
