Sunrise Dragons are closely related to sunset dragons. However, their behaviors differ greatly. Sunrise Dragons prefer to live in large groups and enjoy basking in the early morning sun. They are usually most active in the morning, and go to sleep in the early evening.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Zultanitriel DayBreak (after the gemstone: Zultanite) was the 35th dragon to become a member of the clan cave. Morganendruil watched over her as an eggling, and thus encouraged her being toward that of the female persuasion. Unfortunatley, and despite the best intentions of all those involved, The Clan Mother had believed that Zultanitriel would hatch during the evening hours, and as a result, the attention she received almost overwhelmed her, and she was almost lost before she even began. Luckily, and due in no small measure to the massive wealth of knowledge and experience within the clan cave, Zultanitriel was saved and, much to the dismay of those tending to her care, finally hatched upon the break of day. She spends most of her time in the company of her forever companion, Zultanithio, soaking in the golden beams of sunlight that crack the blanket of night with each dawning day.
