Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Gyshling is more than capable of standing up for himself, but knows also when it is best to back down. In general, he comes across as being of a sensible and compassionate nature. Perhaps it is these qualities that have made him the favoured mate of Salaesha.

Gyshling's primary scales are a deep, forest green. Those on the undersides of his wings are more reminiscent of the scales of a mint dragon, but have a harsher texture. Many of his ancestors, including his mother, are stone dragons, which explains the unusual hardness and resilience of Gyshling's scales.

This green dragon is stronger and healthier physically than many, but not as fast as some others of his kind. This could be in part because of his scales: as well as being almost as tough as those of a stone dragon, they are roughly as heavy. However, he is intelligent enough to have learned some ways to get around this disadvantage when he needs to fight.
