Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. Despite being as black as outer space, it has a few bright patterns on it.

And look! It has grown wings and its scales have gained beautiful patterns. It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

User Description

Eight Ocean Stars Falling has always been a very happy dragon. She's happier than most other hatchlings and dragons out there, even if she is a bit quirky, and the song she sings has traces of sadness in it.

The nebula she observes is very far away; it's farther than many of the adult Nebula dragons dare to observe, for fear of a dull pattern on their wings. But as her name says, the first time the stars she found were imprinted onto her wings, exactly eight of them were falling. Eight bright streaks of blue light across her otherwise bright red wings.

She's not unhappy with it—as was stated before, she's one of the happiest dragons you can find. She loves the eight ocean stars falling on her wings. No matter how far away her galaxy is from her, she'll always be able to find it again, if merely by those eight ocean stars.
