Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Eep is a very odd green dragon. His uniqueness is due to a rare illness that struck during the first few weeks after hatching. The illness, which is usually fatal, left him with a weakened voice box making him almost mute. Unable to growl or roar, he is unable to scare off even the most timid of animals. This naturally solitary being is forced to put up with all manner of wild life springing up in his cave. He does not seem to mind them and, for some reason, even seems to act as their protector.
