Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Silver females eat meat only when a male dragon brings it to them as part of courtship, though they are typically highly-independent. They possess an almost magical aura that lights up any place they are in, and are looked upon with awe by humans and animals alike.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Arwen, born many hundreds, if not thousands, of years ago, lived happily and peacefully for a long time in the dominions of her elder relative's dominions. Eventually she met a dragon who was young by her standards and was the rightful king to his own dominion. His name was Aragorn, and they soon fell in love with each other. The peace that Arwen had lived through did not last though, and she had to watch her love go off to many battles. Through all of this she stayed faithful to him and when the war was over and peace was restored Arwen and Aragorn were married and together they had many eggs and united their dominions in a time of great peace and prosperity.
