This is a baby chick, not a dragon. So what was it doing in the dragons’ cave?

Chick Tracy is Captain in the Chick Police Force (CPF). She wrote the Field Guide FG-10, a guideline on how to perform proper arrests. Excerpts from the guide:
- Arresting a dragon is best done by a team of three officers. While two officers enter the nostrils, blocking the respiratory ducts, the third officer keeps the suspect in a stranglehold until he gets unconscious.
- Airborne Dragons cannot be arrested while flying. The officer should wait until the suspect closes in on a large object, then leap up and distract him until the dragon hits the object head-on. Conduct the arrest while the suspect is dazed.
- Water Dragons hide in ponds to avoid arrest. The best method to drive them out is to wait until the dragons are forced to "soil" their water, often making them give up soon after. Officers are encouraged to speed up that process by whatever means necessary.
Despite her high position, Captain Tracy often aids in the arrest of suspects—especially Water Dragons.
