Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It enjoys running through a nearby pumpkin patch.
And look! It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.
Young dragons are relatively defenseless. Their scales don’t grow in until right before they mature, and they have almost no strength. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are usually left alone by their mother and begin to hunt and survive on their own.
Oogst got his curious name from the Dutch word for "harvest". He's a inquisitive little fellow, and always up to something. He loves exploring, especially the world outside his home pumpkin patch. He's especially fascinated by Human children, and the fact that they have such an affinity for creating homes for his breed. He can often be found creeping around some Human dwelling, watching wide-eyed as the youngsters carve out their jack o'lanterns.
