Two-Finned Blunas are a very social breed of dragon, living in packs of dragons called “pods.” Blunas are very curious and playful creatures and several dragons in a pod will often “play” with one other, chasing each other around, tossing seaweed back and forth, and riding ocean swells. They are occasionally seen swimming alongside whales and dolphins.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Despite the fact that he is the only member of 'Team Avatar' who is unable to use any elemental powers, that doesn't make him any less of a warrior. In addition to his Water Tribe upbringing, he once trained with an elite squad of all-female Bright-Breasted Wyvern fighters called the Kyoshi Warriors, the leader of which, Sukistorm, became a good friend and his eventual mate, in spite of initial mutual feelings of hostility towards each other. Though he seems a formidable enemy, to family, friends, and allies, he has quite a sense of humor; his sister and their closest friends are often treated to pranks, puns, and really bad jokes, though the only one bothered by them is his sister, Katarasplash, who has a tendency of sometimes being too serious.
