Geode Dragons are closely related to Stone dragons. They are covered in a hard stone-like material as well as beautiful crystal. Their wings are entirely useless for flight, but they help attract mates. The dragons with the most brilliant and colorful crystals are more likely to mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Amethyst Destiny, known to her friends as Ame (pronounced like "Amy") is unusually scholarly for a dragon. She doesn't much care for hunting, games, or any sort of physical activity whatsoever. She prefers instead to stay inside the cave reading scrolls and books that a human friend has collected for her over the years. All this reading grants her a much wider appreciation for the world than one would expect from one who is so often cloistered up in a cave; in fact it outreaches even that of most flying dragons. Because of her vast knowledge of many things on various topics, many humans and dragons consult her on a wide variety of topics ranging from cartography to botany. She has a habit of clearing her throat with a deep "hrem hrem" sound before she begins to speak telepathically. Her friends, unsurprisingly, find this human like habit quite amusing and tease her about it at every opportunity. This usually draws forth a very annoyed "hrem!" that causes everyone to laugh even more.
