Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Eileen Donan, nursery guardian, discovered this abandoned egg on the threshold of the clan nursery. Finding the poor egg dangerously cold and in jeopardy, she kept it near the hearth until all danger was past. When the baby emerged, Eileen learned of its southerly lineage and named the little girl both for her mother and for her new home. Lilith of Drummore quickly became an active member of Clan MacDragan, becoming Cois Ferrige's star pupil in the manipulation of earth and stone. She grew very close to Dunvegan, the clan matriarch, and has since found important roles and responsibilities within the clan hierarchy.
