This breed of dragon results from eggs or hatchlings that have been neglected. They are usually rebellious, not obeying their masters, sometimes even attacking them. However, their neglect as a hatchling leaves them crippled, and they are weak compared to other breeds, causing them to stay with their masters for protection.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Nyzim was born of neglect, the result of the irresistible allure of the taboo. He was emaciated, hardly having the energy to stand. It was in this state he met Carstella, the keeper of the dragons of Eozenem. She promised him his life of pain was behind him, barely batting an eye as the hatchling did its very best to lash out at her. She couldn't blame him.

Still, Carstella loved the sickly creature. He was her pride and joy, and she spent hours nursing him to a somewhat healthy state. It wasn't long before he was dubbed "Carstella's Lovely Neglected", a name that stirred such conflict within him. Certainly he had been neglected, but this had changed when the Magi had brought him here. In Carstella's Wonderland, he was loved.

It was a strange adjustment, but he welcomed it with weary wings. Slowly, he became less wary of the others. He even grew to love them in his strange, broken way, watching from a distance with a content sigh.
