Striped Dragons come in a dazzling array of colors complemented by an intricate pattern of stripes. These bright colors and patterns help attract their favorite food, insects. Because their prey is so tiny, striped dragons must spend a large portion of their day eating. The color of the offspring is usually determined by the dragon’s mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Jake Leaf was named so because of his bright green color. Flitzthesoulreaper mostly calls him Stripes, Jake or simply...Leaf. His favorite food is ants and butterflies. Tiny Butterfly, the pygmy dragon has some problems with Jake's diet. She always screams and bites Jake when he eats one of her favorite friends, the butterflies. His best friends is the white stripe dragon Shaylla. He seems to be also interested in her as his mate.
