Shadow Walkers are a strange breed that possess the ability to slip between the planes of reality, becoming immaterial. This allows them hide in the shadows, either hunting from the concealment of near invisibility or evading enemies. Though they become corporeal to mate or to eat, they spend most of the rest of their lives walking in the shadows. Shadow Walkers are wary creatures, though on dark Autumn evenings when the leaves fall to swirl in the chill, rain damp air, they may be seen drifting out from the shadows.

Kit Walker often roams through the forests and jungles around his cave without letting other dragons see him. He is a loner by nature and only ever shows himself if he can't avoid it.

There are basically three kind of dragons that might catch a glimpse of him, while they are traveling through his territory. First there are the helpless dragons like mints, or whites or hatchies. If anyone gets into trouble on the lands guarded by Kit, he will fight off the aggressors or lead them back to safe paths. Second there are the aggressors, hellfire wyverns or vines that do more than just hunt in Kit's dominion will find themselves fighting an enemy they can't touch but with very corporeal teeth. And last but not least, there is the elite group of beautiful dragonesses who came into Kit's territory at just the right time.
