Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Sirus the Virus is as unmistakably cruel as he is vicious, though he manages to set himself apart from bloodthirsty, mindless beasts with his brilliance and charisma. His outwardly pleasant demeanor catches others off-guard, and using his educated tongue and vocabulary, he holds an aura of authority about him. It's no wonder the more passive and foolish dragons can be easily manipulated by Sirus' wiles. Few of those dragons make an attempt to stand up to him, for not only will he twist their words and respond with lashing insults, but Sirus is known for not being afraid to get his hands dirty.

The dragon Creepjacker is one of his most closest acquaintances -- however, even the Nocturne holds some disdain for Sirus. The black dragon is not above belittling his own comrades should the opportunity present itself.
