Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Urska is a distrustful, covetous dragon. Her hoard, consisting of myriad copper and gold coins, is large enough to make a nest for any number of hatchlings or eggs (though still too small for her). She has been known to raid towns and merchant caravans, demanding money, though she doesn't usually kill humans (as they taste bad and she has trouble manipulating tiny coins with her enormous claws).

Urska's lair is under a well-traveled pass, where she can make off with chests of money and easily prey on the mountain goats and sheep that make their homes on the cliffs above and below her. A cave, dug into the side of the cliff, is situated so that only flying creatures or falling creatures can access it. A sheer overhang ensures no climbing humans come near her hoard.
