Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Galemnar was once renowned for his hunting skills, until time and a series of broken bones with no white dragon nearby to heal him left him with stiff joints in the morning and aching limbs in bad weather.  He chose Goldenfield Village to retire to because he was fascinated by how humans and dragons there were managing to live together—nothing like what Dragontown had achieved, but still impressive.  During warmer weather, Galemnar will often help Goldenfield Village's human hunters—he may be past his prime, but he can still manage a deer or wild boar with help—and during winter, he takes his mind off his aching joints by telling stories, both of his past deeds and of traditional draconic folklore.
