Vampire Dragons are members of the undead. They sustain themselves by drinking the blood of others. It is said that they are only “alive” at night, and seem dead or asleep during the day, as they cannot endure sunlight for long periods of time. Vampire Dragons can only reproduce by changing the eggs of other dragons, puncturing the shell with their fangs and injecting venom that kills the baby inside.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

In A Happy Camper's youth, one of the adult Vampires had the habit of uttering at the slightest grievance 'I'm not a happy camper!'

When it's raining: 'I'm not a happy camper!',

Upon finding another dragon has stolen his favourite place in the cave: 'I'm not a happy camper!'

This annoyed the young Vampire so much that after another one of these utterances, she exclaimed: 'Well, I AM a happy camper!' And in truth, she really is. She may be a bloodthirsty murderer, but she's the most optimistic one you'll ever come across. She has a passion for flying like her Skywing mother, and is happy and bouncy like her Balloon father. Hence the other Vampires have always called her A Happy Camper, or simply Happy. The only thing that can annoy her is the nagging and complaining of the other dragons, but apart from that, there is not a Vampire in the world who will drink your blood so cheerfully. Not that this makes the experience more pleasant.
