White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Prince Phil's belief in Pacifism is thus: he condemns force, except in cases where it is absolutely necessary to advance the cause of peace, and believes that international disputes can and should be peacefully resolved. Note the exception; Phil is willing to use self-defense. Then he will heal and detain the individual who committed such an atrocious act, so that true and noble justice can be brought upon them.
