Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Hadad Draco is a majestic storm dragon. His thunder gray scales gleam with the reflection of the lightning he summons to his side. Any who mess with his carer, Rosewicket, or his adopted family will feel his wrath, for he will easily pursue them to the ends of the Earth, smiting the ground around them with lightning and whipping them with vengeful gales. When in his carer's cave Hadad Draco restrains himself from creating storms, she is the only human able to go near him, for he will never forget the long hours Rosewicket spent nursing him from a weak hatchling into the mighty dragon he is today. Although he seems intimidating, Hadad Draco is actually a caring dragon, and has been known to occasionally allow a young chicken Rosewicket adopted a ride on his back. <br/> Hadad Draco is named for the ancient storm god Hadad, with whom he shares the ability to create awe inspiring storms, both beautiful and terrifying in their nature.
