Rosebud Dragons are a fun and social breed found most often in the spring. The petal-like feathers that grow on their sides spread their sweet and floral scent. Although they have poor eyesight, they have ribbon-like extensions that extend their olfactory abilities to help create a map of the area around them. When flying, Rosebud dragons tend to hover, using their wings to fan their scent throughout the air. A widespread breed, they go to great effort to visit as many flowery fields as possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Rosemba SweetSight (after the gemstone: Rose Quartz) became the 104th Clan Mystal dragon, only moments after her clan sister Rosellia. While she brings the same wonderful aroma to the clan cave, Rosemba prefers to work her gifts upon mature roses, rather than creating new buds. She spends most of her time combing through the endless sea of flowers surrounding the clan cave in search of the perfect specimens, then she carefully plucks them from their stems to transform them into wondrous and breathtaking creations. Some she dries to provide small pouches of rose petals, some she crushes down to add to one concoction or another, and with others, she simply breathes her magic upon, preserving them, as if frozen in time to be enjoyed for years to come. It is said that such a gift from her will ensure, in time, a romance of epic proportions, the grandest love any could hope for. As such, both humans and dragons alike long for such tokens, and occasionally she has been known to oblige.
