Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Silver females eat meat only when a male dragon brings it to them as part of courtship, though they are typically highly-independent. They possess an almost magical aura that lights up any place they are in, and are looked upon with awe by humans and animals alike.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Platea is the youngest of the silver dragons in the Community, this gives her the unique position of being completely spoiled by not only the other silvers but all the other dragons as well. Each of them have contributed to her education, so she is well schooled in magic, fighting (though she will not use it save in self-defense), research, herbalism, healing and her personal favorite—cooking. Perhaps cooking seems an unusual talent for a dragon; however her close friend Aster Il'bearni has introduced her to the desert dwelling Kimthu, and cooks for them. She uses her telekinesis to move objects that would otherwise be too small for her to hold, and delights everyone with her wonderful cuisine. Platea's name comes from the Spanish word for silver—"Plateado".
