Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. Despite being as black as outer space, it has a few bright patterns on it.
And look! It’s grown wings and its scales have gained beautiful patterns on it. It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. Their scales don’t grow in until right before they mature, and they have almost no strength. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are usually left alone by their mother and begin to hunt and survive on their own.

AmethystNebula is a stunning Nebula dragon. She flaunts her gorgeous wingspan to the other hatchlings, evoking envy within them. She even tries to flirt with the older dragons, to no avail.
