Soulstone Dragons are deeply empathic creatures. The pearls which they carry with them from a very young age are deeply attuned to the emotions of those around them, glowing in accordance with the strength and sincerity of the bonds individuals share with one another. Soulstone dragons have the ability to show that, even in the heat of a vicious feud, the love that friends, family, and partners share for one another remains true and strong.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Doc Alice used to be a very empathetic, compassionate dragon, as is typical for most Soulstone dragons, with a passion for doctoring. She took in and took care of the injured dragons that passed her territory without a thought to their background or what they had done, and soon built up a reputation for herself as a reliable healer.

However, after a plague wiped out dragons under her care even despite her best efforts to find a cure, she's shut herself up in her lair and built metaphorical walls around her, refusing to come out to treat even the sickest of dragons, as she never wants to have that much death on her hands ever again. West Cassidy, on his trips with Susie, have often passed by her lair and tried to convince her to take up doctoring again—however, none of his attempts have ever succeeded.

Her compassion, one of her greatest qualities in the past, have now become one of her flaws—she's too empathetic to even try to get close to others and save them.
