Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

It has just been discovered that "CharredWings"' ancestry traces back to the infamous "Midas Dorkface" and thus due to tradition, his official name is "CharredWings of Dorkface."

Otherwise, CharredWings is a creature that actively seeks solitude, hopefully as far away as possible from Sunrise dragons, as, true to his breed's nature, he much prefers the gentle embrace of darkness to the harsh rays of sunlight (and Sunrise dragons are just the opposite). Despite the fact that most Black dragons are warriors, this particular one chooses not to engage in combat unless deemed necessary. Perhaps others might consider such behavior cowardly. Beyond the outward aloofness and avoidance of conflict (mistaken as timidity by many), CharredWings is an intellectual creature, delighting in puzzles of all types and other conundrums to challenge his mind. As such, from time to time, this recluse will emerge from hiding, unable to pass up the chance to prove his mental acuity.
