Kalith the Rune Scroll is, quite simply, a piece of spell-covered parchment come unexpectedly to life. Incapable of speech—or perhaps incredibly shy—it is now a permanent resident in the scroll keeper's magical study, often simply lounging on the topmost shelf and watching her work. Like the piece of parchment that birthed it, Kalith is covered entirely in tiny, glinting arcane runes that seem to constantly shift and change.
