Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

Aenatikoi has a huge stash of records, and after a magical accident that led to a rule against Many Santas entering the town hall, those papers have come alive. Aenatikoi's Records tries to be helpful when other dragons need to consult it, pulling the sheet out of its massive body that contains the information requested. It rarely leaves the record hall because the weather is often wet in Nworset, but on particularly dry, sunny days it can be seen in public, strolling along with the tinsel whose papers compose it.
