Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Catseye loves playing with her pebbles; she collects them in all different colors and patterns. She shapes and polishes her favorites into smooth round spheres, so that they roll around easily.  

Catseye has dug channels in the walls and formations all over her cave. She likes to take her polished stones and roll them down the channels, seeing how long and winding a path she can make them follow. In some places, she has breaks in the path which the stones fly across—if they are rolling fast enough when they get there. A couple of the paths crisscross too, and Catseye snortles if a couple of her stones smash in those crossings.

Visitors to Catseye's cave are usually amazed—and more than a little nervous—at the many whizzing stones rolling about, and the ease with which the dragon maneuvers through them.
