Serrati Wyverns are a fierce breed of dragon typically found in volcanic areas or in desert scrubland. With their keen vision, these fearsome predators can pick out well-camouflauged prey from the slightest movement. They are named for the double rows of serrated teeth that line their beaks, which allow these wyverns to maintain an unbreakable grip on prey while they tear into their target with deadly hooked claws. Though these dragons are combative with nearly everything, they are surprisingly well-mannered when raising their offspring in communal nests. Males, however, tend to be chased off as soon as eggs are laid.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Norse Myth is a Seragamma Wyvern with quite the story to tell!

The first thing she saw when hatched were her parents, dead. They had been killed by some other dragon, whose silhouette was flying out into the distance. She knew then that she would have a hard life. For as long as she can remember, the silhouette haunted her dreams. She hunted the tiny mice that ran around in her cave, teaching herself how to hunt. She learned how to fly on her own as soon as she got her wings.

Unknowingly, Norse Myth was being watched. The dragon who had killed her parents was now waiting for the perfect time to kill her, too.

Norse Myth was flying unsteadily toward the horizon when he attacked. He raked out at her, but only hit her wing. She fell to the ground, and the dragon flew off, and she screamed for help. Finally, a Soulpeace Dragon named Ta-mara helped her to her cave. Unable to find his way back home, Ta-mara decided to stay with Norse Myth, and they soon became best of friends.
