Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

The first sight you see are his piercing green eyes, watching you from a dark corner. He emerges, knowing you have seen him, and uncoils his thin, wiry frame to reveal a multitude of scars and spines. Clearly no stranger to battle, he is wary, cautious, but makes his approach steadily and without fear. As he nears, it is obvious he does not eat much, for his body is thin to a point of almost raw-boned frailty; but for all his apparent starvation, his muscles stand like thick plates against his smooth scales, his tendons tightening to thick ropes of sinew as his limbs flex. As he passes other dragons within the cave, it is clear he has respect—even from the more aggressive breeds—very possibly won by fighting them himself. He glides silently past you, never taking his eyes away from you, before coiling back up in another dark corner, satisfied you mean no harm... but watching, just in case.
