Welcome to Dragon Cave! Dragon Cave is an online adoptables game. Collect eggs, raise them to adulthood, and then breed them to create interesting lineages. New dragons are added regularly!
Vampire Dragons are members of the undead. They sustain themselves by drinking the blood of others. It is said that they are only “alive” at night, and seem dead or asleep during the day, as they cannot endure sunlight for long periods of time. Vampire Dragons can only reproduce by changing the eggs of other dragons, puncturing the shell with their fangs and injecting venom that kills the baby inside.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
Exex loves her unlife. She loves the feeling that she has the power to take life and give something new in return—though she wouldn't break the Flight's rule that she not bite eggs against their wishes, of course. She likes being a member of the Flight much more than she would being an outcast with an army of slavish followers. She's a party girl, always laughing or finding some new dragon to increase the fun. She long ago decided that there was no use in being undead if she wasn't going to use the opportunity to live as hard as she could.
When she met the antisocial Xeiv, she saw a fellow party girl waiting to get out. She figured all it took was a little nudging. She's beginning to see that this is not exactly true. Not that this will stop her, not by a long shot. She's determined to make sure that Xeiv enjoys life, since she actually is alive. Unusually enough for Exex, her determination has ensured that she has a real friendship and not just someone to party with.
