Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Jaitun means evergreen tree.  This dragon is shy and secretive, preferring to stay in his cave and only come out to forage.  He values his collection of gemstones more than anything else, and although he isnt aggressive by nature, woes betide anyone that tries to steal one!  He has had thieves before, and if they come again, he will be ready.  Other than defending his gems against intruders, hes apathetic to most visitors.  Lately he has developed a friendship with Pa, a female guardian dragon.  She is the only one he trusts to guard his cave while he goes out to eat.  However he has, in the past, mated with the dark green dragon, Tusuubira, and produced a hatchling, Hola.  Jaitun has made an enemy of Ershika, a gray dragon, when he surprised her one day while she was eating near his cave.  If she sees him outside now, she will hurl lightning bolts at him!
