Moonstone Dragons are named after the orb on their tails, which resembles the gem of the same name. They are nocturnal and gather energy through the absorption of moonlight with their orbs. They seem to glow with a lunar light and are a very gentle breed, feeding off of plants and the moons’ power.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Once, on the night of a full moon, he spun and danced in the air above a human village because he simply wanted to enjoy the nice weather. Many of the villagers saw him and freaked out, because he looked like a 'phantom'. The village dragonslayer (who was male) attempted to kill Lordless with his arrows, but the moonstone simply dodged them and carried him away to his cave. Two weeks later, the dragonslayer was found sleeping in a haystack, wearing hastily applied cosmetics and a nice blue dress. Needless to say, he was the town laughingstock. Also, he would shriek when someone mentioned dancing or danced in front of him.

Now, this dragon mainly dances in, above, and around the village just to hear the pleasing sounds of the former dragonslayer scream for his mother as he catches sight of him.
