Neotropical Dragons are a breed that originate in rainforests. They are fun-loving and enjoy lounging on tree branches, eating whatever fruit they find. They are also often found sunning themselves on rocks, using their large wings to soak up the rays. In the summer, males compete for mates by showing off their striped wings and gliding in spirals down the tree trunks. It is said that the larger the wings, the more likely the male will attract a suitable mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Slap Me is not afraid to speak her mind. She is constantly giving every dragon a larger dose of her opinion then they really want. The reason she came across the name Slap Me is because a playful dragon taped a piece of parchment on her back with those exact words. Slap Me didn't notice the existence of the parchment for at least five hours, but by this time the whole cave had seen it and was in an uproar. The name Slap Me stuck after that. It also fits her personality. She is completely willing to slap someone who does not agree with her. Other then having a difficult temper, she can be very pleasant. As long as one does not bring up the origin of her name or push her buttons, she is quite easy to get along with. She also has quite a talent for flying and will scout new territories for the cave.
