Stone Dragons have a tough outer covering made of a stone-like material. They eat rocks, using the minerals they contain for nourishment and to keep up their stone outer shell. They rarely move, and are the heaviest of all types of dragons. Although they have wings, indicating flight ability, no one has ever seen a stone dragon flying.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Cairns is a young Stone dragon. Because of her massive size, she has a bit of trouble staying in her clan's cave, so she spends a lot of her time at her job. She is the stone mason of Drakeville, meaning that she helps build things using stone, such as castles, houses, roads, etc. She is quite good at her job, as she loves rocks. In fact, she even has the ability to communicate with rocks, which is frankly a very useless power to possess. When she's not working in Drakeville, she is usually found near the mountains in the forest, where she can talk to rocks all day long without others thinking she's insane. Since she spends so little time around other dragons, she hardly knows how to communicate with them and therefore avoids them. Her "mate" is a large boulder she has named Tom, which she says loves her back.
