Tetra Dragons are often found in large groups. They are very social both with their own species and with others. Tetra Dragons are very active and change locations quite frequently. Males defend small parts of territory within the groups but major conflicts rarely occur. Tetra Dragons prefer territory with lots of natural hiding places and can be skittish.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Tetra Means Four is a numerologist. She comes up with meanings for things based on the numbers she sees—whether it is three blackbirds in a tree meaning 'indecision' or eight staves meaning 'a flight of fancy', she always comes up with meanings. While those outside her pack (and some inside the group) are dubious about the reality of her superstitions, she is an excellent leader. She almost never heads into places where prey is scarce or plagues are rampant. The few times she has misled her group it has been into absolutely terrible situations where not all of the pack makes it out alive. The two most recent snafus coincided with her seeing a swathe of terrible numbers, but it could just be coincidence. There have been plenty of bad signs she has seen that didn't amount to anything which she claims is because she "found a path to avoid the problems" and therefore nothing happened. Her group follows her because of her good record rather than her supposed seventh sense.
