Electric Dragons wield electricity with great prowess. Bright sparks race across these dragons’ bodies in a dazzling dance of light, complemented by the blindingly radiant sparks on their tails. Using their bellies and manes as stores for this electrical energy, Electric Dragons wield crackling magic, stunning and electrocuting their prey with a whip of their tail. During mating season it is typically those with the most brilliant sparks—an indicator of strength and hunting ability—that are drawn to each other.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Elloge has an unusual talent for an Electric dragon: she can control the frequency of her electric discharges closely enough to change the pitch and tone of the usual brrrzap! sound. Through her many years of imprisonment in the Yozis' caves, she has learned to generate a steady sphere of electricity, and with it, modify the buzz of the discharge to sound remarkably like human speech. Though her telepathy is as strong as any other dragon's, she also speaks through the humming of her constant snaps of static.

She loves to experiment with her own capabilities and those of others, and dragons who displease her are frequently punished by a buzzed rebuke as well as a sharp electric sting.
