Vampire Dragons are members of the undead. They sustain themselves by drinking the blood of others. It is said that they are only “alive” at night, and seem dead or asleep during the day, as they cannot endure sunlight for long periods of time. Vampire Dragons can only reproduce by changing the eggs of other dragons, puncturing the shell with their fangs and injecting venom that kills the baby inside.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Revula can almost always be found with Cerulean Swirl and Indiewin, a seawrym pygmy and nebula dragon. The three dragons often go on adventures, disappearing for weeks at a time, often returning with gold and other treasure. He generally dislikes and avoids others, although he does look up to the dragons who raised him.

His adventures are the only time he shows his true personality. When with his friends, Revula is hot-headed and bold, rushing into danger headfirst. He is also generous, playful, and conscious of living things, always trying to avoid injuring anything he doesn't have to.

When forced to interact with others, Revula appears to be the exact opposite. He is calm and collected, putting on the disguise of an intelligent and ruthless killer. He is amazing at making others do what he wants, easily manipulating them with mind games and blackmail. He is also good at bluffing, often using this skill to escape even the trickiest situations unharmed.
