Otherspace's fluffy little brain was warped by too much contact with local Nebula covens. Realizing with chagrin that her markings would never change to mimic the stars, she declared herself a reincarnation of the Weeping Lady whose tears had spread across the sky to form the visible galaxy, and attempted to rally others to her cause. The Nebulas have ordered that she be flamed on sight, but a local Cheese clan took her in, and since then she's been under the protection of the Weird Wizard, who finds the situation tremendously diverting.
