Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It has bright blue eyes, and is as clumsy as any other hatchling, but it never seems to get injured.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Wild is a cute, affectionate hatchling that claims to have another side to her though no one has ever seen it. Well-loved in the cave and protected as all of the hatchlings are, Wild has never known want or true danger. Still, when such things come up in conversation she says that she may be "cute" but that when danger threatens the cute turns into Wild Ravenous Beast! Which she says will not be cute at all. Many of the adults consider that just too cute for words and thus still she is thought of as cute and adorable. She doesn't truly mind and can't really say if what she says is definitely true or not but she thinks it is and that's what matters most, to her at least.
