Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

There is only one thing that Wrapped in Fail consistently fails at: failure. Somehow, no matter how badly things go, he has some way of making it seem like what happened was successful—especially if it was not intentional. He inherited terrible luck from his mother so is constantly getting into bizarre accidents that coincidence shouldn't explain but he also has the extremely good luck to get out of such snafus with only a couple of light scratches or at worst a broken bone that a white can easily fix. It was this odd luck that brought him to his mate, Dykrr.

When trying to stay out of trouble Fail likes to paint. Theoretically he does landscapes but since so many of his works get messed up somehow, almost all are abstract by the time they're done. Many dragons appreciate the blend of concrete images and inexplicable spots and curves of his finished works.

The presents he gives out around the holidays are wrapped distinctively with the paper that didn't wind up good enough to be art.
