Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. This hatchling seems to be filled with a fell, inner flame.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Little Fire Chicken is a Hellfire Wyvern that was born with a mutation that stunted his growth.

His parents abandoned him when he was an egg and thus he hatched all alone out in the wilderness. It was then the tiny fell dragon encountered Amber Uath, or as she is more commonly known as, The Amber Flames. He was scared of the new, larger and very intimidating dragon at first, though with both a gentle heart and persistence, the Grave Dragon managed to get the tiny hatchling out of hiding and took him under her wing.

He is very shy and timid towards new dragons and people and usually does his best to avoid them, though he is a playful bundle of joy towards those he knows well. He is unable to fly or fend for himself, besides roasting some bugs that creep nearby with weak flames, he is dependent on Amber for food and protection. He was named the Little Fire Chicken by Amber, as she thought he was a featherless chicken when she first saw him.
