Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Vasaiku was born into the noble Kallista family, an oddity that the dragons had never before seen. At first they weren't sure what to make of the runty, pure-black hatchling, and black Kallista made a fuss over it, saying that it had to be exterminated, that it was evil. He grew up, however, just like any hatchling, and grew quickly out of being a runt. He grew bigger and more dominating that the others, more powerful by far, and became a hunter to surpass even his grandmother, Kallista herself. There was just one problem—his discipline. Vasaiku is a daredevil, often wandering far away from the well-protected hunting party to go on dangerous hunting missions. Now that he has a mate, gold Faayh, they go together on these missions, coming back gravely injured but with the best prey. The healer Vassketh has reprimanded the pair many times for their reckless exploits, but they show no sign of slowing.
