Pink Dragons are primarily herbivores and only eat meat during the mating season, when mates will exchange kills. When it is not breeding season, pink dragons spend most of their time incubating eggs and caring for their clan’s young. Due to their feminine color, it was traditionally thought that pink dragons were a strictly female breed, but this is not true.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

A sweet and outgoing pink dragon that loves her family dearly, she was found by the WaterClan when she was a hatchling and was taken in to learn of their ways. Most of her charm and tenderness comes from her adoptive mother in the clan. Whenever someone plays music she likes, Orchidheart is entranced by it and can't help but to listen. She loves to sing and is quiet good at it, that's how she and her mate met, while they had been in the same clan she didn't speak much to anyone. Orchidheart was sitting alone by a lake when she began to heard a lovely male voice. She has been attracted to the sound of ones voice more often than one's looks. Curious she followed the sound until she spotted a Guardian dragon named Loyalguardian, she hid and waited for him to finish before she began to introduced herself to him. After that they have become inseparable ever since. Orchidheart loves being with children and loves helping the medic in the clan.
