Seasonal Dragons take on the characteristics of the season during which they are born. Thus, eggs that are laid in spring match the pink flowers and green buds of spring, and those that are laid in the summer grow to depict the bright green of the forest trees and the yellow of the sun. Eggs laid in autumn display the bright colors of leaves falling from trees, and those that are laid during winter take on the appearance of the icy snow.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Kildaren is one of the oldest dragons on Brontide's scroll and the closest friend to Artichia. She acts as general of sorts, always beside her leader waiting to be commanded. She holds a certain authority over the other dragons of the cave; they respect her and will obediently follow her orders.

A seemingly seasoned Seasonal, no pun intended, soldier, Kildaren will willingly handle all battle affairs for Artichia. She has a very astute eye, and when she is not giving out orders she is creating intricate battle plans.

Kildaren's cleverness serves many purposes other than battle strategies. She councils Artichia and helps her make decisions, if she needs the help, of course. The Seasonal can sometimes be a bit overbearing.

Stoic and precise, her knowledge of fighting can be seen in the training of the hatchlings of the cave. In every swipe of the claws, snap of the jaws, her keenness and spirit can be seen.
