Albino Dragons are so named because their translucent, scale-less skin lacks all pigment. Instead, to help protect their bodies from the sun, they are coated in an oily secretion that blocks the sun’s harmful rays. The call of an albino dragon is similar to a barn owl--a shriek instead of a roar.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

On the Border lives on the border of two territories with her husband. It seems she isn't very good with names, but she picked one for herself because her ferny darling suggested it is not respectable to remain unnamed. That's a fine opinion, but it's probably not entirely true. On the Border likes privacy, and she avoids crowds and anything that involves being in the center of attention in a large group. She never stays too long near picture-people, since they might try to draw her likeness—unacceptable. The albino was a trusting hatchling, but she's grown cynical and withdrawn as she aged, and the border is the perfect location to be mostly left alone. When she's feeling particularly affectionate, she likes nothing more than oiling up her spouse.
