Brute Dragons are among the larger dragon breeds. They prefer to live in solitude or small groups, nesting in high, mountainous regions. The only time they openly seek the company of others is during the mating season, when males will fight for the attention of females. The thunderous crash of Brute Dragons butting horns against each other in competition for mates can be heard nearly a mile away.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Baemp always was a good fighter even for his breed. After breaking with his family at a young age, Baemp has travelled far and wide, hunting for himself or renting out his brute strength and fighting abilities to wealthy but helpless dragons, earning his keep without ever making a real connection to anyone. He first met Amber when they were both hired for a dirty, difficult task that needed all the strength they could provide. They worked well together but despite her obvious advances, he wasn't really interested in her—at first.

Several shared dangerous adventures later, Baemp is now mated to the Gold dragoness and they travel together with Celebel, Sesame, and Daune. This unlikely group of dragons has somehow become a real family and they have slowly but surely become a well-known group of "heroes" instead of simple mercenaries.

Baemp has no idea how this happened, but he can't claim to be unhappy about this development either.
