Terrae Dragons are primarily herbivores who prefer to eat from the tops of trees. However, due to their massive size, they must rely on small, specialized scales to absorb and convert energy from the sun. Since they live in tightly-knit groups, this form of energy absorption helps preserve the forests in which these dragons reside.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Meadow Buck is one of the many terrae dragons in his herd. Along with the others, Meadow Buck's job is to strip the trees of their most chlorophyll rich leaves to provide nutrition for the hatchlings, and to replenish the trees' chlorophyll levels. As a hatchling, Meadow Buck enjoyed tackling and rough-housing with the other hatchlings. He had the heart of a warrior and enjoyed a challenge. However one hatchling, Cheetah, constantly pinned Meadow Buck, proving that she was a better warrior. Meadow Buck admired Cheetah's spit-fire attitude and when the time came, he courted her and became her mate. Meadow Buck did not expect for Cheetah's maturity level to digress as she aged. Cheetah also began to despise almost everything, including and especially the mating season, so the couple has trouble producing viable offspring.
