Feisty and energetic, Whiptail Dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Quickflower is the polar opposite of her sister Berryblossom, much to the dismay of her parents. Whereas her sister is dignified and courteous, Quickflower prefers training (in things like racing, sparring, and flying) with the royal guards and hunters instead of sitting in courts all day like the rest of her family. She does get some leniency for her behavior, because she is the second child of Princess Rapunzelflower and Prince Eugeneheart. Though she is only the second-eldest princess, she was the first to take a mate, a young Ultraviolet, Violetstorm, who came into her family's kingdom seeking a position in their army. He quickly rose through the ranks to become a high-ranking officer, second only to the royal's personal soldiers. That is what attracted Quickflower's affections, she was drawn to someone who could keep up with her and who would show the same, intense dedication to their training and discipline.
