Feisty and energetic, Whiptail Dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Found in the middle of a forest, Aheban was hatched by humans. They taught him tricks and raised him as a show dragon, forcing him to compete for prizes. When he finally ran away, he went high into the mountains and made a nest for himself. After meeting his mate, Bellatrix Pomperny, the two fell in love and shared a nest to produce a family and send them out to all corners of the globe, encouraging them to explore and experience everything life had to offer.
